What to Expect at Your First Lash Appointment: A Step-by-Step Guide

So, you've finally decided to try lash extensions-yay! But if you're not sure what to expect during your first appointment, don't worry. We love welcoming new clients and making you feel informed, comfortable, and beautiful every step of the way.

Here's a breakdown of what happens at your first appointment so you can come in confidence and ready to relax.

1. Lash Consultation

Before we begin, we'll talk through:

• Your lash goals (natural, glam, somewhere in between?)

• Your eye shape and natural lash health

• Any sensitivities or allergies

• Your lifestyle (do you wear makeup every day? Need low maintenance?)

This step ensures that your lash set is fully customized for you.

2. Cleanse & Prep

Your lashes will be cleansed to remove any oils, makeup, or residue. This helps the lash extensions adhere properly and last loner. We'll then apply undereye pads to protect your lower lashes and keep everything clean and in place.

3. Lash Mapping & Application

Now the fun begins!

We'll map out the lash design to match your lash line and chosen style. Weather it's Angel, Mixed, or Volume.

Then, one by one, we'll apply each lash extension using adhesive (glue). This step is detailed and precise. So just lay back, close your eyes, and relax.

Most clients nap during this part. (it's basically lash therapy!)

4. How Long Will It Take?

A full set will range from 3-4hrs, depending on the lash style and your natural lashes.

Fills are 2hrs and are recommended every 2 to 3 weeks to maintain your look.

Once your lashes are done, we'll go over how to care for them.
